Private Party Base Package ($200 plus tax)
Includes the following within a 2 Hour Time Frame:
Use of Private Party Room Seats up to 20 Children*
Private use of the entire facility**

*Larger Groups can be accommodated upon request.
**Excludes the Busy Bee Activity Venues. Venues are available at an additional cost.

***There is a fee per child in attendance. $7.00 plus tax for 12 months and older. $3.00 plus tax for under 12 months.

Birthday Party Add-On Menu
In an effort to meet the individual preferences of each party host, and to compliment your Base Party Package, or Party Room Rental Venue, we have established an "Add-On" Menu, where you can pick and choose additional items. Simply add the total of your selected add-on menu items to the cost of the Private Base Package, or Party Room Rental Fee.

Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Information
Private Party Package Deposit
A fifty percent deposit is required at the time of booking your Private Party Package. We are able to accept Visa over the telephone, or Visa, Cash or Debit at the Centre. The remaining balance is due the day of the birthday party and can be settled during your child's venue before your departure.
Party Room Rental Deposit
The Party Room Rental Fee in the amount of $50.00 plus tax is due, in full, at the time of booking. The per-child admission fee is settled the day of the party. That way, you are only charged for the guests that show for the party.
24 Hour Holding
On the Grow can hold one time-slot for 24 Hours without a deposit. However, in the event the deposit is not paid within that 24 Hour period, that slot automatically becomes available to the next potential guest.
Add-On Menu Items We require at least 24 hours notice before your child's birthday party in order to prepare your add-on menu items. We require 48 hours notice if the add-on items include a cake or loot bags. You will be able to settle payment for your add-on items the day of the birthday party.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All Private Party Deposits and Party Room Rental Fees are non-refundable.
However, in the event you are unable to follow through with your secured time-slot, we would be pleased to reschedule your Birthday Party Booking in our next available time-slot that meets your preference, or provide you with a Credit Note equivalent to the deposit fee for your use at On the Grow in any manner you choose, with no expiry date.
