On the Grow Playground Birthday Parties
On the Grow takes the
stress out of planning your child’s next birthday party. Your group will
have 2 hours of exclusive use of the Playground.
Call now to book your party to ensure availability.
Private Party Package 1 - $235.00 + HST
Centre is closed for your exclusive use
Includes:
2 hours private use of the entire facility
Set up and clean up
Coffee and Tea for adults
Juice and water for children
Happy Birthday Paper plates, cups, napkins and plastic cutlery
Private Party Package 2 - $325.00 + HST
Centre is closed for your exclusive
Includes:
2 hours private use of the entire facility
Set up and clean up
Coffee and Tea for adults
Juice and water for children
Happy Birthday Paper plates, cups, napkins and plastic cutlery
2 extra large pizzas (pepperoni or cheese)
Birthday Cake and candles
A loot bag for every child
Party Times
Sundays
2:30 to 4:30 pm
5:00 to 7:00 pm
Party Room Rental - $50.00 + HST - $7.00 + HST per child
Centre is open to the Public
Located in a newly-renovated space behind the Gym
Room Rental Fee is due upon booking. Remaining per-child fee is due on day of party.
Clean up will be your responsibility
Please provide your own food, drink, plates, forks and cups.
We have 20 Chairs - Maximum 20 Children Per Party
No Food or Drink Outside Party Room
No Alcoholic Beverages Allowed
You Must Remain in Building Until All Children Are Picked Up
Party Room must be paid for at time of booking.
Party Times:
Monday to Saturday
10:00 am – 12:00 pm
12:30 pm – 2:30 pm
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Sunday
9:30 am – 11:30 am
12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Sockfeet only in the Playground and Gym. Please inform your Party Guests.
The maximum party group is 15 children at the price quoted above. There is a charge of $7.00 per extra child. This excludes the Party Room Rental Package.
We require a 50% deposit at the time of party booking. This is non-refundable deposit. Party details must be confirmed when deposit is made.
In the event that the customer cancels the party within 14 days prior to the set date, no refund or deposit will be provided.
In the event that the party is cancelled, giving more than 14 days notice, On the Grow will withhold 50% of the deposit or the customer can transfer the full deposit to another party or Playground playtime of equal value.
Reservations can only be held for 48 Hours without a 50% deposit. Party Room Rental fee is due upon booking.
In the event that a reservation is made and a party deposit has not been received by On the Grow, the date and time shall become available to the public without notice.
There will be a staff member present at our Private Package Birthdays to help facilitate the party. Their role is not to supervise the children on the playground, this is the responsibility of the parent/caregivers present.
